COVID-19 Store Update
Dear Lux customers,
Please be advised that our store is open for Click & Collect only. In order to keep our Bondi community safe, both Lux Cuttings and We Are Lux remain fully compliant to our NSW government mandate, effective from 26 June to 9 July, 2021.
During this period, we will not service walkthroughs/in-store browsings and strongly encourage all our customers to shop online. While all private consultations are to be scheduled after 9 July, both Lux Cuttings and We Are Lux online stores remain fully operational at your service. Our friendly staff are always happy to answer your questions via phone and assist you with your online orders.
To Click & Collect, simply make an Order Note on your Check Out page and we will contact you to arrange a pick-up time. Once confirmed, you are advised to bring your order receipt along with a face mask (it’s a condition of entry!).

I’ve ordered online but haven’t heard anything, how long before I get a Click & Collect confirmation?
After having ordered online, please allow us 1 business day to arrange a suitable pick-up time.
Once confirmed, where should I meet you to pick up my order?
Click & Collect is located at our warehouse’s back entrance on 1 Camp Lane, Bondi Junction.
What do I need to bring for my Click & Collect?
In order to comply with our NSW health guidelines, we will require a face mask and your order confirmation email for item collection.
